Ralph is in an unusually sober mood as he enters the bar. He's not sure if Ollie has told anyone else the reason behind the gathering, and it really doesn't matter. He just needs to get out of the house for a while. People are greeted with waves, small nods, or the occasional slight smile - though his heart is obviously not into the latter. "Thanks for coming guys, glad you could make it."

Kilowog doesn't even pay attention to the television. He just strolls his big self right up to the bar and orders up a pair of cheap brewskis, looking over Ralph's way with a big grin. "Hey, poozer! Long time no smell, huh?"

Ralph sighs, then shrugs in a fashion only the truly elastic can manage.
"I'm holding up, considering the circumstances. I've got no one to be mad at, not really. So just kind of trying to keep going as best I can figure. Thanks."

'At's a healthy attitude ta have, Ralph. Thing I don't get, though, is if she left ya because the League's too dangerous, why'd she take up with Kord? He's a League mope, too, right? Am I missin' somethin' here?

"Ted has a past with the League, but he's retired. Heart condition and all that. And he left the league with his identity intact, so its not public knowledge, and anyone who's been spying knows he's on the outs with the League now. Unlike me, who was the first of us all to go public with my real name and all. Kind of opposites there."

Still, ya need me to smack him around a little, maybe give 'im a wedgie, the ol' sleeping-hand-in-the-water trick, you let me know, all right?

Ralph smiles a little, then nods. "Alright, I'm sure you're well suited to the job. I don't seem to have a mean bone in my body, but if I find one, I'll give you a call."
